Exterior Renovation & Outdoor Living Space in West Chester

This West Chester project included a complete exterior update along with the addition of a new outdoor living space at the back of the home. The exterior work included a new roof, added overhangs on the gables, new soffit and fascia, and updated gutters and downspouts. The home was finished with Hardie fiber cement siding in Ocean Blue, giving the exterior a fresh, durable finish. At the rear of the home, we created a covered outdoor living area featuring white AZEK-wrapped posts and beams. A Prestige Wood ceiling with a natural clear finish adds warmth and contrast to the space. The floor was completed with stamped concrete in a flagstone pattern, providing the look and texture of natural stone with the durability and versatility of concrete.
